1. Good understanding of .NET platform
2. Hands on experience on C#/C++ (C#.System, IO, Threading, Diagnostics, Reflection, so on and so forth)
3. Experience on COM, WMI and Windows API/SDK
4. Good troubleshooting and debugging

1. Design and architecture
2. UML
3. XML
4. SQL
5. Exposure to testing and test automation (harness/framework level)
