What kind of questions are asked to freshers for banking job?

   It is not possible to answer this correctly. You did not state the position in the bank, is it bank president or teller or floor sweeper. Generally, go in with a positive attitude and answer the questions to the best of your ability. Oh yes, do not make any errors in your application.

   Tell me a bit about yourself.
   Why are you applying for this position?
   Have you ever had a difficult customer? How did you deal with him/her?
   What would you consider your two worst traits?
   How would your former colleagues describe you?
   How do you handle stress?
   Depending on the position you are applying for….How much do you know about this product/service……….
   Tell me a bit about this bank……(How large is it? Does it do business globally? Does it only deal with retail banking (individual customers) or is it into wholesale investment and business banking too? How many employees worldwide? Research their website).
   Why are you leaving your present position?
   Why should I hire you?
