i want to know more about the intense pulsed light treatment side effect and how to avoid them for best result

i work in a beauty center and i soon had the certification to work on the intense pulsed excel light machine i want to know more information about the side effects of such machines and how to deal with this mashine in a safty way to avoid any harm to me and the client . i want to know if this machine can remove the hair for ever or is it just saied to work out the machine .pleased answer my question and any information you have about this machine and if i can make examination through the internet inorder to have more certification for this machine thank you for considering my questions
