		<description>Most of the time if there is a serious problem with a computer, such as corrupt OS, virus infection such as that, rather then spending hours of diagnostics and chasing your tail, it&#039;s quicker and easier to just reinstall the OS, That will usually solve all the problems. if it&#039;s something that has you stumped, ask then if you could take the computer with you to work on it away from the customers home or business. That will give you the freedom to do what you need without them watching over your shoulder</description>
